Blueberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1 cupold-fashioned rolled oats
  • 1 cupmilk (any kind)
  • 1/2 cupplain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbspmaple syrup
  • 1 tbspchia seeds
  • 1/2 tspvanilla extract
  • 1 pinchfine salt
  • 1 1/2 cupsfresh blueberries, divided148 median blueberries

Steps

  1. Stir oats, milk, yogurt, maple syrup, chia seeds, vanilla, and salt together in a bowl until fully combined.
  2. Fold in 1 cup of the blueberries.
  3. Divide between two jars, seal, and refrigerate at least 6 hours or overnight.
  4. Top with the remaining 1/2 cup fresh blueberries just before eating.

Notes

  • Keeps 4 days refrigerated, so a double batch covers most of a work week.
  • Too thick in the morning? Loosen with a splash of milk and stir.
