Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cupsfrozen blueberries148 median blueberries
  • 1ripe banana
  • 3/4 cupplain Greek yogurt
  • 3/4 cupmilk (any kind)
  • 1 tbsphoney or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tbsppeanut or almond butter (optional)

Steps

  1. Add milk and yogurt to the blender first, then banana, then frozen blueberries on top.
  2. Blend on high for 45–60 seconds, until completely smooth. Scrape down once if needed.
  3. Taste. Add honey only if your berries are tart. Blend 5 more seconds and pour.

Notes

  • Frozen berries are non-negotiable — they replace ice without watering it down.
  • Too thick: add milk a splash at a time. Too thin: add 3–4 more frozen berries.
